§ 155.61 ESTABLISHMENT OF AREA; ELIGIBLE PROPERTIES.
   (A)   Pursuant to R.C. § 3735.66, the Area, known as the “Bowling Green Community Reinvestment Area Number 6,” is hereby established as described and depicted in Exhibit A attached to Resolution No. 3669.
   (B)   Only commercial or industrial properties consistent with the applicable zoning regulations within the Area will be eligible to apply for exemptions under this subchapter.
