§ 52.10 NONCONTIGUOUS LAND.
   If the land where electric service is to be extended is not contiguous with the city limits before receiving service, the owner must enter into an agreement with the city to exert all efforts to obtain annexation of his or her property, including the signing of a petition for annexation, when it is legally possible to do so, and further agree, if the owner sells his or her property or any part of it that he or she will require a similar agreement from the purchaser and will place a covenant in the deed requiring the purchaser to exert all efforts for annexation of such property.
