§ 52.05 FUEL COST ADJUSTMENT.
   All the electrical rates are subject to an increase of 0.11 mill ($0.00011) per kwh for each nearest 0.1 mill ($0.0001) that the fuel cost adjustment charge by the suppliers of the city’s electric power requirements exceeds a total fuel cost adjustment of 1.0 mill ($0.001) per kwh.
