§ 91.16 CEMETERY HOURS OPEN TO PUBLIC.
   (A)   The cemetery is open to the public one half hour before sunrise and one half hour after sunset.
   (B)   No person shall enter or remain on cemetery grounds during the hours the cemetery is not open to the public. Violators shall be subject to prosecution for criminal trespass.
   (C)   Public demonstrations or public functions, other than a funeral, Oak Grove Living History Day and Memorial Day services, shall not be conducted on cemetery grounds without prior approval of the City Administrator. Any permission issued in writing by the city to authorize the conduct of a demonstration or function may restrict the time and place of the demonstration or function as needed to accommodate scheduled funerals.
