§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates a provision of this chapter for which no other specific penalty is provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates § 51.06 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
      (1)   The term of imprisonment for a misdemeanor of the first degree shall be not more than 6 months.
      (2)   The fine for a misdemeanor of the first degree shall be not more than $1,000.
