§ 51.11 WATER/SANITARY SEWER ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CREDIT ESTABLISHED.
   The Water and Sanitary Sewer Economic Development Credit is hereby established with respect to water and sanitary sewer lines covered by the charges created by this chapter, which economic development credit is set forth in Appendix A on the following page.
