No person shall park or place a vehicle or equipment in any existing driveway or roadway so that the walk is obstructed or so that the vehicle or equipment extends into the streets beyond the curb. No permits for curb cuts will be issued when it is determined by the Public Works Director that insufficient space has been provided on private property to park or place a vehicle without obstructing the sidewalk or extending beyond the curb.
