No walks or driveways shall be constructed or reconstructed until an inspection has been made, and line and grade are authorized and given by the Public Works Director or his or her designee. Notice shall be given to the Public Works Inspector not less than 24 hours nor more than 48 hours prior to starting the work on any driveway or sidewalk.
