§ 50.65 NONCONTIGUOUS LAND.
   If the land where sewer service is required is not contiguous with present city limits, before receiving service the owner must enter into an agreement with the city to exert all efforts to obtain annexation of his or her property, including the signing of a petition for annexation when it is legally possible to do so. The owner must also agree to require a similar agreement from anyone to whom he or she sells any part of the property, and also include in the deed for any property sold the same provisions as required in § 50.64.
