§ 50.63 EXTENSIONS OUTSIDE CITY.
   No sewer service shall be extended to any sewer user outside the corporate limits of the city, except in cases where the city has previously contracted to extend the service for except under the conditions hereinafter set forth, provided, however, that in no event will sewer service be extended to any lands located outside the city, whether contiguous to the city or not contiguous to the city, when the use of such lands proposed or existing is not in conformance with the master plan of the city as it presently exists, or as amended from time to time.
