§ 50.60 HOUSE AND BUILDING SEWER.
   A plumber/owner shall make an application for a sanitary sewer permit to connect the sanitary or combined sewer, and shall also make an application at the same time for a storm sewer permit to connect the storm water system of a house or building to a storm sewer or other outlet. The permits will require that an inspector from the city engineering division be present to witness the connection of the sanitary sewer to a sanitary or combined sewer, and the connection of footer tile, roof drains, and other storm sewer connections to the storm sewer or to the proper outlet. A fee or charge in the amount of $100 for the sanitary sewer permit and $35 for the storm sewer permit, shall be paid into the sewer revenue fund.
