§ 50.56 ABATEMENT OF OBSTRUCTING DISCHARGE.
   The city engineer shall have the power to stop and prevent from discharging into the sewerage system any private sewers or drains through which substances are discharged which, in his or her judgment, are liable to injure the sewers or obstruct the flow of the sewage.
