§ 50.46 NEW JUNCTION REQUIRES ENGINEER’S PRESENCE.
   In case it shall be necessary to connect a drain or sewer pipe with a public sewer when no junction is left in the same, the new connection with the public sewer can be made only when the city engineer is present to see all work done.
