§ 50.41 PERMISSION BEFORE MAKING CONNECTIONS.
   No connection shall be made with any public sewer without the written permission of the city engineer. Every connection or opening into any public sewer or drain without permission or in any manner different from the mode herein described for the opening or the connection shall subject the person making the same, and the owner of the premises directing it, to the penalty prescribed herein. Each day that any person shall, without permission, continue to use the drain into the public sewers shall be considered a separate offense.
