(A) The wastewater treatment plant superintendent or his or her delegated agent shall have the authority to receive septic at the wastewater treatment plant provided all of the following conditions are met.
(1) All scavengers must be licensed by the Wood County Health Department.
(2) Only septic of domestic origin including food service operations is permitted. Wastes from industrial processes, agricultural operations, or as listed under § 50.31 are prohibited.
(3) The manner of septic delivery and introduction into the wastewater treatment plant shall be as determined by the wastewater treatment plant superintendent.
(B) The wastewater treatment plant superintendent or his or her delegated agent shall have the power to refuse or stop the discharge of any substances, which in his or her opinion are liable to injure the plant facilities or have an adverse effect on the proper operation of the wastewater treatment plant.
(C) Violation of any part of this section by any scavenger may result in the refusal of any subsequent septic from that scavenger.
(D) The Board of Public Utilities shall have the power to establish charges for the septic received.
(E) Any violation of this section shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
