§ 35.30 INDIGENT DRIVERS INTERLOCK AND ALCOHOL MONITORING FUND.
   (A)   The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to establish the Indigent Drivers Interlock and Alcohol Monitoring Fund.
   (B)   The Finance Director is further authorized to do all things necessary and proper to manage the monies in the fund consistent with the provisions of the fund, including carry-over of existing dollars, receipt, investment and disbursement of those monies.
