The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to establish the special revenue fund entitled “Underground Storage Tank (UST) Guarantee Fund” solely for the purpose of providing guarantee standby trust funds for the Wood County Regional Airport for compensating third parties for bodily injury and property damage caused by accidental releases arising from the operation of petroleum underground storage tanks if the Wood County Regional Airport Authority is unable to pay the deductible amount.
