The Finance Director is hereby authorized to establish and maintain a Fire Levy Fund, and to do all things necessary and proper to manage the monies in the fund consistent with Ordinance 5527, including the receipt and disbursement of those monies generated by the 0.09% increase in the municipal income tax.
