(A) The Finance Director is authorized and directed to accept cash, vehicles, and other property in accordance with the contraband seizure forfeiture act, R.C. Chapter 2981; however, any acceptance of real estate by the Finance Director shall be subject to approval by ordinance of City Council.
(B) The Finance Director is directed to place all cash received into a special fund, the Law Enforcement Trust Fund, to be used solely for law enforcement purposes. This fund shall be separate and apart from all other special funds.
