(A) The Finance Director is authorized and directed to accept cash from the mandatory drug fines imposed on convicted drug offenders in accordance with the provisions of R.C. § 2925.03(J), (K).
(B) The Finance Director is directed to place all cash received into a special fund, the Law Enforcement Mandatory Drug Fine Fund, to be used solely for the Division of Police law enforcement efforts pertaining to drug offenses. This fund shall be separate and apart from all other special funds.
