(A) The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to establish the following special revenue fund pursuant to R.C. §§ 5705.09(F) and 3793.19 Housing Revolving Loan Fund.
(B) The City Council does hereby adopt the amended Procurement Manual that is used by the Housing Revolving Loan Fund and the Community Development Block Grant Fund.
(C) Following the necessity for an amended, adopted manual, the City Council does hereby approve the proposed Housing RLF Policy and Procedures Manual for use by the city.
