§ 35.04 SEWER CAPITAL RESERVE FUND.
   There is established in the city a fund to be known as the Sewer Capital Reserve Fund. The fund shall be used only for the purpose of making extensions, betterments, repairs, additions, or equipment associated with the sewage system of the city. The fund shall have in it monies transferred to it from the Sewer Revenue Fund, or other funds in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code, and also funds collected by special assessment to repay the cost of improvements previously financed from these funds.
