(A) In accordance with state law and because of the election held on November 10, 1983, the City Council acknowledges that the Bowling Green Police Command Officers Association shall be the exclusive representative of the members of the Bowling Green Police Command Officers Association for the purposes of collective bargaining according to law.
(B) In accordance with state law and because of the election held on November 10, 1983, the City Council recognizes that the Bowling Green Police Patrolman’s Association shall be the exclusive representative of the members of the Bowling Green Police Patrolman’s Association for the purposes of collective bargaining according to law.
