§ 33.30 CONFLICT OF INTEREST BY ENGINEER OR CONSULTANTS.
   No person employed as an engineer or other technical consultant to the city shall also represent or do work for any other individual, partnership, corporation, or governmental subdivision which is in any way involved in any manner with the project for which the consultant is performing services for the city without prior written consent of the city by its Mayor.
