§ 3.02 QUALIFICATIONS.
   The mayor shall be an elector of the municipality at the time of his election and shall continue to be an elector therein throughout his term of office, failing which he shall forfeit his office. He shall not hold any other elective public office or any other office or employment with the municipality.
