(A) The Clerk to the city attorney shall be classified as an administrative secretary. The salary for the classification shall be in accordance with § 33.01 of this chapter. The Clerk to the city attorney shall be paid 50% from the general fund and 50% from the Utility Enterprise Funds, as designated by the Board of Public Utilities.
(B) The Clerk to the city attorney shall be in the unclassified service, be appointed by the city attorney and shall serve at his or her convenience. The Clerk to the city attorney shall be entitled to hold other employment. The duties of the Clerk to the city attorney shall be those duties the city attorney shall prescribe.
(C) The salaries and duties of the city attorney shall be as set forth in § 33.01 of this chapter.
