(A) Intern. The pay range for the position of an academic intern shall be as follows:
(1) Minimum $10.45 per hour. Maximum $15 per hour. The pay rate of an academic intern must fall between the minimum and maximum rates established above. Placement shall be based on the skills and abilities of the candidate hired.
(B) Civil infractions hearing officer. The following non-temporary, part-time classification of civil infractions hearing officer, which is an unclassified position, shall be compensated in accordance with the following provision:
(1) $150 per day worked. The only fringe benefit provided to this classification will be participation in the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS). There will be no leave accruals or eligibility for participation in the city's group medical, dental, or life insurance plans, or participation in any other of the city's fringe benefit programs.
(C) Pay scale established for seasonal employees.
