(A) A Community Reinvestment Area Housing Council for each area is hereby created consisting of seven members who shall be citizens of the city. Two members shall be appointed by City Council, two members shall be appointed by the Mayor, and one member appointed by the City Planning Commission. The majority of the foregoing members shall then appoint two additional members who shall be residents of the city.
(B) Terms of the members of the CRA Housing Council shall be for three years and shall expire on June 1 in the year of expiration. An unexpired term resulting from a vacancy in the CRA Housing Council shall be filled in the same manner as the initial appointment was made.
