A motion to reconsider a vote must be made by a member voting on the prevailing side, and the motion shall be made at the same meeting of Council. No motion to reconsider shall be made more than once on any matter or subject, and the same number of votes shall be required to reconsider any action of Council required to pass or adopt the same.
