§ 138.14 CONVICTIONS OF PROFESSIONALLY LICENSED PERSONS.
   If a person who is convicted of or pleads guilty to a violation of R.C. §§ 2925.02, 2925.03, 2925.11, 2925.12, 2925.13, 2925.14, 2925.22, 2925.23, 2925.31, 2925.32, 2925.36 or 2925.37 is a professionally licensed person, in addition to any other penalty imposed for a violation of the section, the court forthwith shall transmit a certified copy of the judgment entry of conviction to the regulatory or licensing board or agency that has the administrative authority to suspend or revoke the offender’s professional license. If a person who is convicted of or pleads guilty to a violation of any such section is a person who had been admitted to the Bar by order of the Supreme Court in compliance with its prescribed and published rules, in addition to any other penalties imposed for a violation of the section, the court forthwith shall transmit a certified copy of the judgment entry of conviction to the Secretary of the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline of the Supreme Court and to either the disciplinary counsel or the president, secretary, and chairman of each certified grievance committee.
