§ 137.09 SLINGSHOT, BOW AND ARROW, PAINT GUN OR AIR GUN.

(A) No person shall recklessly, by hand or by means of a slingshot, bow, paint gun, air gun or other similar device throw, shoot, cast, or sling any stone, arrow, pellet, paint pellet, or other similar missile.

(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
