(A) Violations of this chapter may be enforced in accordance with the provisions of the municipal code as to other nuisances, and the violator shall be fined. Each day that a violation exists or continues shall constitute a separate violation.
(B) The minimum fine, per offense, shall be $50, and the maximum fine, per offense, shall be $750 or the maximum allowed under § 1-2-1 of the Illinois Municipal Code, being 65 ILCS 5/1-2-1, whichever is greater. The fine or penalty may be collected by any means allowed by law.
