§ 110.05 APPEALS; COMPLIANCE WITH STATE LAW.
   The local Liquor Commissioner, being the Mayor of the village, along with the Village Board of Trustees as appointed, shall adhere to all provisions provided for in 235 ILCS 5/7-5, the Liquor Control Act.
