(A) When any abandoned vehicle comes into the temporary possession or custody of any person in the village not the owner of such vehicle, such person shall immediately notify the village of such abandoned vehicle.
(B) Upon receiving such notification or otherwise discovering an abandoned vehicle, such vehicle shall be disposed of in accordance with § 92.05 of this chapter, or as otherwise allowed by law.
