(A) It shall be unlawful to cause or permit any motor vehicle or other vehicle, boat, trailer or mobile home, or any part thereof, to be abandoned on private or public property, including, without limitation, any highway, street or alley within the village, or otherwise to be considered an abandoned vehicle.
(B) Any such abandoned vehicle is hereby declared a nuisance whether on public or private property, including, but not limited to, the property of the owner or possessor of the same.
