§ 91.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   (B)   (1)   Any violation of §§ 91.01 through 91.07 of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $50, nor more than $750, for each such offense, and each day that a violation exists constitutes a separate offense.

      (2)   If the Village Attorney must take further legal steps to ensure compliance with §§ 91.01 through 91.07 of this chapter, abatement of the nuisance and/or payment of the required fine, the village shall be entitled to recover all costs and fees associated with the enforcement of §§ 91.01 through 91.07 of this chapter, including its attorney fees, in addition to the daily non-compliance penalty.
