§ 90.03 IMPOUNDING AT-LARGE ANIMALS.
   Any dog or cat found upon a public street or highway or running at-large within the municipality shall be impounded at the County Pound, if a pound is available. The animal’s owner or custodian shall be responsible to pay all fees and expenses relating to impounding, maintenance, and disposition of it.
