(A) The rates as shown in the rate schedule in § 51.08 of this chapter shall be paid by each customer.
(B) The minimum rate will be paid by those customers not using the service even though they may not be connected to the system; provided, the service is available from the village.
(C) The tap-on-fee for service shall be $25.
(D) (1) In addition to the above charges, a $100 deposit shall be paid by all customers to guarantee payment of water bills. If the deposit was paid for services at a non-owner-occupied property, the deposit shall be returned to tenant, without interest, upon termination of water service and all accounts of that tenant.
(2) If the deposit was paid for service at an owner-occupied property, the deposit shall be returned to the owner, without interest, when the property is sold or transferred to another party.
