The following items (and those items that are listed or further defined in the solid waste collection agreement) shall not be collected by the solid waste contractor:
(A) Bulky waste (including stoves, refrigerators, water tanks, washing machines and furniture);
(B) Commercial and industrial refuse;
(C) Construction debris;
(D) Hazardous waste;
(E) Institutional solid waste;
(F) Large dead animals (those ten pounds or over);
(G) Offal waste;
(H) Stable matter;
(I) Vegetable waste; and
(J) Special waste (including waste iron from a commercial or industrial activity, waste generated by an industrial process or a pollution control process, waste which may contain free liquids; waste which may contain residue and debris from the cleanup of a spill of petroleum or other chemicals, asbestos-containing or asbestos-bearing materials, containers that once contained hazardous substances, filter cake sludge wastes from wastewater treatment processes, wastes containing any regulated polychlorinated biphenyls; and ash, sludge, tires and powders).
