The salary and compensation paid to a member of the Village Board of Trustees shall be changed to $17.50 for each held meeting, plus $17.50 for each meeting attended, and shall continue to be paid quarterly. The new rate shall take effect in, and shall remain effective after, May 2021 (and until subsequently changed by ordinance) and shall apply to any trustee who begins a new term of office at that time.
