§ 151.03 REMOVAL OF WHEELS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to remove the wheels or other transportation device from any house car trailer or travel trailer or to otherwise fix the house car trailer or travel trailer permanently to the ground as to prevent ready removal of the trailer.
