(A) Conflicts with other ordinances. This chapter supersedes all ordinances or parts of ordinances adopted prior hereto that are in conflict herewith, to the extent of such conflict.
(B) Conflicts with state and federal laws. In the event that applicable federal or state laws or regulations conflict with the requirements of this chapter, the wireless provider shall comply with the requirements of this chapter to the maximum extent possible without violating federal or state laws or regulations.
(C) If the state subsequently amends or repeals the Act, or a portion thereof, this chapter shall be amended or repealed in a like manner; the amendment or repeal shall take effect on the same date as the state’s amendment or repeal.
