§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the terms of § 51.01 may be fined in any sum not exceeding $100 for any single violation hereof and the cost of any damages caused to town property as a result of any improper connection hereunder.
