(A) (1) A fee of $50 payable in advance is required for each water service turn on whether it is a result of non-payment of water and/or sewage bills, or for plumbing repairs, emergency, or other reasons.
(2) Turn ons will only be scheduled during regular working hours of the town utility personnel, except when the Utilities Superintendent accedes to the request as constituting an emergency, such turn on will be accommodated as promptly as personnel availability permits.
(B) Shut off and/or non-use of water service for any reason will not exempt the customer from base charges during the period of shut off or non-use.
(C) Shut off of water service at the curb stop shall not be done by anyone other than town utility personnel, unless authorized in writing by the Utilities Superintendent.
