§ 34.06 DISPOSITION OF FUNDS
   (A)   The Town Council has determined that it would be in the best interest of said municipality to require that any payments received either from the county or the state for the creation of its Ordinance Violations Bureau be deposited to its General Fund.
   (B)   Any funds received from the county or the state as a result of the town’s creation of an ordinance violation bureau be deposited to the town’s General Fund.
