§ 34.04 PENALTY AMOUNTS; VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   Any fine not paid within such three working days in order to receive the reduced penalty for the applicable ordinance violation shall be paid within 15 days of the service of the violation notice.
      (1)   The violation notice shall be served in person to the violator or by regular United States mail to the last known address of the violator.
      (2)   The service date for such violation notice shall be as of the date of personal service thereof or two days after such violation notice might be mailed to the violator as allowed hereby.
   (B)   Nothing contained herein shall prevent the Town Council from otherwise enforcing any of the ordinances listed on Exhibit A, attached to the ordinance codified herein, for the abatement of any nuisance or other prohibited activities under such listed ordinances and from recovering any expenses, costs, and fees allowed by such ordinance(s) or from pursuing any other legal remedy said Town Council may have under the listed ordinances rather than pursuing the violator of any such ordinance(s) through the Ordinance Violations Bureau created hereby.
   (C)   Any other civil penalties set forth in the ordinances listed on Exhibit A, attached to the ordinance codified herein, hereto are hereby superseded. In the event no penalty is listed in any of such ordinances then are hereby added so that any such ordinance is hereby amended to include the penalties listed on Exhibit A, attached to the ordinance codified herein, whenever such ordinance(s) might be enforced through the Ordinance Violation Bureau created hereby, except that in the event an ordinance allows the town to charge for services rendered to those in violation thereof, such as for mowing services, the town shall be able to charge for those services in addition to any penalty provided hereby.
   (D)   The Town Clerk-Treasurer, as Violations Clerk, hereunder shall deposit any penalties paid to the Violations Bureau created hereby or any other amounts received as a result of the creation of such Violations Bureau to the General Fund of the town, and shall account for all proceeds received in that capacity.
   (E)   With respect to any penalty provided by such ordinance pursuant to the Exhibit A, attached to the ordinance codified herein or otherwise, such penalty shall be multiplied by any repeat violator of the same by the number of times they may have violated such ordinance in any calendar year all at the discretion of the officer or party enforcing such ordinance violation.
