§ 31.021 PARK FEE SCHEDULE.

   (A)   The rental fees for the Town Park Pavilion located in the Bourbon Town Park are as follows:

 

Kitchen	$35
North	$35
South	$35

 

      (1)   A refundable security deposit of $50 shall be paid at the time of reservation.

      (2)   Rental fees for brown metal chairs: $0.50 per chair.

   (B)   It is further stated that all reservations for town owned facilities/property must be made through the Clerk-Treasurer’s office and all fees and deposits be made directly to the Clerk-Treasurer’s Office by the renting party.

   (C)   The waiving or adjustment of any fees may be allowed, but only with approval of the Town Council.
