(A) Specifications. A building designed for or occupied by three or more families, exclusively for dwelling purposes, three or more stores in height.
(B) Location permitted. Only in the Districts designated below, on any lot with a minimum area in square feet as follows.

(C) Front yard. Twenty percent of the average depth of the lots on the block.
(D) Side yard. The sum of the side yards shall equal not less than 20% of the lot width, with a minimum width of five feet from either side yard.
(E) Rear yard. Twenty percent of the depth of the lot, with a minimum depth of 20 feet.
(F) Ground floor area. Not less than one by 200 square feet.
(G) Lot coverage. Sixty percent maximum on corner lots, 50% maximum on interior lots.
(H) Accessory buildings, uses permitted. Private garages, exclusive of industrial or commercial use.
