§ 153.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $10 and not more than $300 and for violations continued or renewed after one conviction, each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense.
