§ 153.38 ENFORCEMENT.
   The Plan Commission may institute a suit for injunction to restrain individuals or governmental units from violating the provisions of this chapter, as well as enacted pursuant to I.C. 36-7-4-501 et seq., provided, however, that nothing herein contained shall be construed as to limit the rights of the town, to otherwise enforce this chapter by invoking any legal, equitable, or special remedy provided by law.
